Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require full payment of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service cost. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in shortening your appointment or additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
All new clients and/or appointments over one hour are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with proper notice.

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any value from £10 upwards and are redeemable against treatments or products. They are valid for 6 months from purchase. Please ask at reception.
